MOBEEAS (Managed Opportunities Between Employers, Educators and Students) was conceived to give undergraduates, academics and professionals (both active and retired) the opportunity to share their expertise with school students and teachers in collaborative learning experiences. We strongly believe that MOBEEAS can help accelerate the uptake of emerging technologies by upskilling teachers and their students via targeted partnerships.
MOBEEAS has been established as a social enterprise; self-sustainable via subscription-based services, but offering free registration for volunteers keen to share their expertise without profit. Sponsors are invited to support schools by covering the costs of paid engagements and supplying useful resources.
